Who we are

OddFeeds (oddfeeds.com) is operated by OddStorm Ltd, Sofia, Bulgaria. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: support@oddfeeds.com.

What we collect

Account data (name, email, hashed password) when you register; contact data (name, email, company website, message) when you use our forms; a session cookie when you log in. Our analytics (Plausible, first-party) is cookieless and does not identify you.

Why we process it

To provide access to API documentation, to answer inquiries and set up feed trials (contract or pre-contractual steps, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to keep the service secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

Accounts: until you ask us to delete yours. Form submissions: as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any follow-up business relationship. Server logs: up to 30 days.

Who else sees it

No advertising or analytics third parties. Form submissions arrive in our support mailbox. Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms and processes your IP for that purpose. We do not sell or share personal data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing at any time via support@oddfeeds.com. You may also complain to your supervisory authority (in Bulgaria: the CPDP).
